In-Home Services (QSP Services)*

Community Options, Inc is licensed as a Qualified Service Provider (QSP) to deliver in-home services including, but not limited to, homemaker, chore, personal care, transitional living, respite care services and transportation. Services are available to elderly individuals and persons with disabilities based on their needs as assessed by the County Social Service Board or the Department of Human Services.
