A Person Centered Approach to Job Development
Our person centered approach focuses on each person’s interests, skills and previous work/volunteer experience to establish a career plan for employment. Our Employment Coordinators will provide the services and level of support requested in order to assist each person in obtaining their desired employment.
Community Options, Inc. has offered successful employment services since 1997. The goal of Community Option’s employment services is to assist persons with disabilities in obtaining satisfying employment.
Our Employment Coordinators facilitate effective job matches between our customers and hiring employers. Customers receive support services to maximize their success at work, while employers benefit from staff expertise encompassing a range of value-adding services.
