The JOBS Program assists individuals achieve self-sufficiency by providing career training and education, financial literacy training, outreach, and case management services. By providing participants with cash assistance along with work readiness, training, and job placement services, the goal is to move families from public assistance to self-sufficiency. While participating in the program, individuals work closely with a Care Coordinator to develop a personalized plan based on their interests, skills, values, and personality to ensure their occupational success.

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services has contracted with Community Options to provide these services to JOBS participants.
