The primary goal of the North Dakota Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is to provide assistance to people with disabilities in North Dakota. This assistance aims to improve their employment opportunities and help North Dakota businesses find solutions to any disability-related issues they may have. The program offers personalized services that can help individuals prepare for, gain, keep, or advance in a job. Some of the services that VR may assist with include:

- Physical and mental restoration services
- Job placement and follow-up
Community Options is a proud provider of North Dakota Vocational Rehabilitation services. Our services include job development, job placement, on-site job coaching, and follow-along services for individuals referred from Vocational Rehabilitation offices statewide.
